Hey there, I’m Amileah
Wellbeing is not just an individual journey, but a communal one. I see the therapeutic process through a lens of collective care and liberation, centering meaning through connection and community. Our sessions will begin with an understanding that our mental health is deeply intertwined with the systems and environments we navigate daily. In our time together, you can expect a warm, affirming, and safe place to explore your identity, patterns, power, behaviors, body, fears, strengths, desires, and relationships.
