Thrill Seeker

My absolute favorite activities are skateboarding and snowboarding. I love how they encourage me to act like a kid, challenge myself, play with my friends, and meet new people. I’ve also done my fair share of surfing, offroad motorcycling, downhill mountain biking, and scuba diving over the years.

Registered Dietitian

In my past career, I was (and still am!) an anti-diet registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. I love debunking junk nutrition/weight science and helping people re-learn to embrace the joy of eating.

Lifelong Journaler

I have been journaling consistently since I was 16 years old. I actually recently found my high school journal and devoured all the juicy stories! I used to treat journaling as though I were writing an autobiography for “future me” to read but that wasn’t very fun or helpful. I now mainly write to work through anxiety and plan what skateboarding tricks I’m going to work on next.
