Professional Bio
Lauren Spiechowski, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from Drew University. She provides sessions virtually in New York and New Jersey. Her approach is warm, attentive, and client-centered, and draws from her years as a medical social worker at Mount Sinai. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and supporting individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and challenges with food and body image.
