Hey there, I’m Julia!

Therapy is a non-judgmental, accessible, and welcoming space to explore your innermost emotional experience. Mental health and wellbeing are complex. Therapy can help make sense of how our bodies, minds, and the world around us shape our experience and paths forward in life.

While centering your unique needs, desires, values, and goals, we will work collaboratively toward expressing your healthiest and most authentic self.

Serial Hobbyist

I love trying new things! From crochet to rock climbing to cooking a new recipe - I may not be good at everything I try, but I almost always enjoy the process of learning something new.

Arts Aficionado

I studied music and worked in the arts before making a career transition into mental health, and live music is still one of my greatest joys. I think creativity and arts are amazing tools for storytelling and connection.

Low-key yogi

Gentle movement and meditation are so important to my personal self-care practice.
