Hey there, I’m Marci!
At its core, therapy is self-care. Everyone deserves a safe and affirming space to explore emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Using a blend of approaches, we will work to cultivate self-compassion, tap into your inner strengths, and develop a unique care plan aligned with your goals and values. Sessions are relational and collaborative, and you will always be considered the expert of your lived experience.

Wannabe Carpenter
For the last several years, I’ve been working on renovating a small cabin in the Catskill Mountains where I live with my partner and our cat. Thanks to the help of lots of knowledgeable friends and family (and more hours on YouTube than I care to admit), I have learned so much and grown my confidence in my carpentry abilities. Now I enjoy helping others on their projects when I can!
Natural medicine enthusiast
I believe our physical and mental health are deeply interconnected. When Western medicine falls short of meeting our needs (and sadly, it often does), natural medicine can empower us to be more in charge of our health goals. From learning to make my own herbal tinctures, to my Reiki II training, to cultivating relationships with naturopaths, acupuncturists, and herbalists, I’m always looking for new ways to supplement Western medicine with my own natural healthcare practices.
Meditation nerd
In addition to my daily meditation practice, for the last five years, I have been lucky enough to go on annual silent meditation retreats, attend many dharma talks, and sit with various meditation groups. This practice has aligned with my interest in psychology in many surprising and supportive ways. It informs the way I approach the therapeutic space – with mindfulness and nonjudgment.
Professional Bio
Marci Hunt LeBrun (any pronouns) is a Clinical Intern pursuing a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy through Antioch University. With a BA in photography from Hampshire College and over 15 years of freelance web design experience, Marci loves holding space for creative and unconventional thinkers. As a queer, nonbinary afab member of the community, they are passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, romantic constellations, and families. As someone who has personal experience navigating the transition of a loved one, Marci is especially interested in supporting folks who are experiencing the relational impact of the trans and nonbinary experience, which can be full of paradox - both liberation and grief (AAMFT Affirming Care Certificate forthcoming).
