Hey there, I’m Pam!
Collaboration is key in our work together and having a space that feels safe so you can be vulnerable and do the hard work is a priority. Much of our work together will combine talk therapy with embodiment to explore the connection between the body - through a weight neutral approach - and the mind.
You are the expert on your life. I am here to support and guide you in leading your most authentic life.

Lifelong Learner
I am always looking for new ways to learn about myself, the world around me, and new ways of doing things. This has led me to spending many weekends getting certified in various areas, such as yoga, birth, and postpartum support.
New Yorker
I have a love-hate relationship with New York City. I thrive from the fast-paced environment and all the different food options (I LOVE trying new foods), but also crave a more quiet space where I can be in solitude.
Structure Enthusiast
Like many of my clients, I am constantly striving to find the space between rigidity and allowing some spontaneity in my life. When I tell my clients that I get it, I truly get it.
